Who we are
Top Games UK is an independent editorial guide published at chwarsoft.com/top-games/. Questions about this policy can be sent through our contact form.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and message.
- Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept for security.
We don't ask you to create an account and we never collect payment information.
How it's handled
Messages from the contact form are processed on our server and sent to our editorial inbox over encrypted email. A record of each submission is kept in a protected log on the server that can't be opened from the web. We don't sell or share your details for marketing.
Links to other websites
Our rankings link to the official websites of each game. Once you leave this site, the privacy policy of that website applies.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept until your enquiry is resolved and for no longer than 12 months. Server logs are kept for up to 12 months.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how it's used. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
